Job summary

K Komfort Heating & Cooling is seeking an HVAC Foreman to lead a team of technicians and installers on construction projects. You will ensure installations meet budgets, codes, and design specs while coordinating with project managers and trade partners.

The role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and the ability to manage schedules, review plans, and monitor progress. We value an entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; trade certification preferred; college degree a plus.
• Several years of HVAC installation/repair experience; minimum 3 years in supervisory role.
• Proficient understanding of HVAC systems, blueprints, and design specifications.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• HVAC/R certification or licensing as required by the state or region.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians and installers on construction sites.
• Review project plans, blueprints, budgets, and specifications to understand the scope and HVAC requirements.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules to meet deadlines; liaise with managers and foremen.
• Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems; ensure codes compliance.
• Communicate with clients, engineers, and project managers; maintain logs and timesheets.
