Job summary

Aimic Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead HVAC installation activities on construction projects in Glendale, AZ. You will supervise crews, read blueprints, and coordinate with general contractors and engineers to ensure safe, high-quality installations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on HVAC experience, strong knowledge of construction practices, and the ability to interpret blueprints, plans, and submittals. OSHA training or HVAC certifications are a plus for this role.

Responsibilities

• Inspect completed work and identify issues or deficiencies.
• Train and supervise HVAC technicians and installers.

We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead and supervise HVAC installation activities on construction projects. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with commercial/residential HVAC systems, strong knowledge of construction practices, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and submittals.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate HVAC installation crews on construction job sites.
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, specifications, and submittals.
• Plan daily work activities and coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Oversee the installation, startup, and proper placement of various HVAC equipment.
• Ensure installations are completed according to project specifications, manufacturer requirements, and applicable codes.
• Coordinate HVAC work with general contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and other trades.
• Monitor job progress and ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
• Inspect completed work and identify installation issues or deficiencies.
• Train, guide, and supervise HVAC technicians and installers.
• Maintain job‑site safety and ensure crews follow company and project safety procedures.

HVAC Equipment Experience:

Candidates should have experience installing and/or supervising installation of one or more of the following:

• Package Units
• Heat Pumps
• Gas Packs
• Mini‑Split Systems
• Split Systems
• Water Source Heat Pumps
• VRF / Variable Refrigerant Flow Systems

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an HVAC Foreman, Construction Foreman, Mechanical Foreman, or HVAC Lead.
• Ability to confidently read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and submittals.
• Experience supervising field crews and coordinating construction activities.
• Knowledge of HVAC installation methods, materials, and equipment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced construction environment and meet project deadlines.
• OSHA/safety training or relevant HVAC certifications are a plus.
