Jobot is seeking a dedicated and experienced HVAC Foreman in the Phoenix Metro area. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation practices, and jobsite execution.

This role requires a proactive individual who can read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications, and who is comfortable using field technology. The HVAC Foreman will lead service installation projects in the field from start to finish, coordinating labor, materials, and

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specs.
Proven leadership to manage crews and ensure safety and quality.
Strong problem-solving in the field without direction.
Comfort with tablets and service software for project management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license with clean record.
HVAC certification or equivalent is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead HVAC crew during installation, maintenance, and repair on construction sites.
Manage service installation projects from start to finish.
Read blueprints, schematics, and specs for proper installation.
Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to prevent delays.
Use field technology to manage projects efficiently.
Troubleshoot issues as they arise on site.
Maintain workmanship to plans and specs.
Hold crew accountable to keep projects on track and budget.
