Job summary

Team Kline is seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman to lead installation projects, supervise apprentices, and ensure all work meets manufacturer specs and codes. You will interpret blueprints, perform start-ups and testing, and maintain accurate installation records while delivering quality customer service.

Safety and documentation are critical, with on-site leadership and coordination to meet schedules across multiple sites. A valid HVAC license and strong problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• HVAC journeyman license preferred.
• EPA 608 Universal and NATE certifications preferred.
• 2+ years HVAC installation experience.
• Proficient in reading technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform system installation, start-ups and testing per specs.
• Lead and supervise apprentices for efficient workflow.
• Interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
• Maintain clean, safe, and code-compliant work site.
