Job summary

K Komfort Heating & Cooling is seeking an HVAC Foreman to lead technicians on construction projects across Wisconsin. You will oversee installation, repair, and commissioning of HVAC systems, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Strong leadership, planning, and communication are essential. Ideal candidates have HVAC experience, familiarity with plans and codes, and a track record of supervising crews in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• HVAC system installation and repair experience
• Knowledge of blueprints, design specifications, and building codes
• Ability to lead a crew, plan schedules, and manage safety protocols

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC technicians and installers on construction sites, coordinating daily tasks and priorities.
• Review project plans, budgets, and specs to understand HVAC requirements and scope.
• Monitor progress, adjust schedules, and liaise with project managers, engineers, and foremen to resolve issues.
• Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems, including ductwork and piping, ensuring quality workmanship.
• Maintain records, submit progress reports and timesheets, and ensure safety compliance.
