Salary:

Sign on bonus for HVAC Foreman

$1,000.00 for 1-2 years experience

$1,500.00 for 3-4 years experience

$2,000.00 for 5+ years experience

We are actively seeking a HVAC Foreman in the Columbus, OH area to join our award-winning team.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 am - 3:30 pm. Must be willing to be flexible as jobs may change.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site leadership and direction to coworkers
• Manage a team of craftsmen (Installers, Service Techs, Apprentices)
• Oversee material, deadlines, and quality control of installations
• Install and maintain HVAC systems
• Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC components
• Follow all state/local building regulations and codes

Experience and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities
• Willingness to learn and be a team player
• Positive attitude
• Additional assignments as directed by supervisors
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Adherence to company screenings
• Experience in new construction is a plus
• EPA Certification is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, sit, and lift frequently
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull objects and tools
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work at heights, climb ladders, and work off platforms/scaffolding with fall protection
• Work in all weather conditions wearing PPE
• Wear PPE including hard hats, safety glasses, ear plugs, masks, hi-vis vests, gloves, and safety boots
