Job Description

We are looking for a Licensed Commercial HVAC Foreman to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with the skills and passion to lead, grow, and manage HVAC projects while contributing to the overall management and development of the organization. Leadership on the job site is as important as technical skills, as we focus on setting the right tone and demonstrating leadership.

This role involves managing, scheduling, and dispatching HVAC crews, including journeymen and apprentices. Responsibilities include ordering materials and necessary equipment, managing material and parts deliveries, controlling quality, and overseeing the layout of onsite projects. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

You will perform equipment installations and changeouts for existing customers, including owner direct projects and new installations. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, with strong technical skills and leadership capabilities. Projects are typically of short duration, and occasional travel may be required.

Required qualifications:

• Must pass drug and background screens
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as an HVAC Installer in a commercial/industrial setting
• Certificate of completion from HVAC trade school
• Strong safety knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings
• Ability to train and supervise others
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more, access crawlspaces and attics, and use ladders
• Some travel may be required
