Job description

Job Title: HVAC Foreman

Purpose: As an HVAC Foreman, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects. You will lead jobs, crews, and projects alongside other HVAC installers and foremen, primarily in new residential construction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Install, modify, inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment according to specifications and building codes.
  2. Identify hazards and safety issues related to HVAC installation and operation.
  3. Take corrective actions to address safety problems.
  4. Make on-site decisions without disrupting business operations or compromising work quality.
  5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Develop and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines.
  7. Read blueprints effectively.
  8. Complete quality control sheets accurately.

Qualifications:

  1. Leadership skills and the ability to empower team members.
  2. Ability to produce high-quality work.
  3. Excellent communication skills for working with builders, general contractors, and project managers.
  4. Knowledge of ventilation, air conditioning, heating, and environmental control systems.
  5. Ability to follow directions accurately.
  6. High school diploma or equivalent.
  7. Valid driver's license.
  8. Strong work ethic demonstrated daily.
  9. Ability to read blueprints.
  10. Availability to work 6 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
  11. Relevant HVAC experience is a plus.
