CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems, with a focus on FLS, HVAC, electrical systems, and PIV maintenance. This role follows a Monday–Friday day shift.

You will perform preventive maintenance, inspect installations for codes, manage work orders, and help energy management efforts. A high school diploma or equivalent and 2–3 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
• Certifications in the field are preferred.
• Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs or more and meet physical requirements.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) with a focus on HVAC systems and equipment.
• Support Fire Life Safety (FLS) systems, including inspection and maintenance of fire extinguishers.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Assign work orders and estimate time and materials for repairs.
• Ensure building systems operate efficiently through energy management.
• Inspect new installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
