Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep small to mid-sized buildings and industrial systems running efficiently. The role supports preventive maintenance, repairs, and system inspections in a dynamic facility environment.

You will perform repairs on mechanical and electrical systems, assist with installations, review work orders, and help energy management efforts to optimize building performance. A 1–2 year related experience and a High School Diploma or GED are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to follow standard work routines and procedures.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and basic office tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
