CBRE Maintenance Technician needed to maintain small to medium buildings, focusing on FLS, electrical systems, HVAC, and PIV maintenance. Mon-Fri day shift; part of Engineering and Technical Services, providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

Responsibilities include PM on HVAC, FLS support, installing and modifying equipment, assigning work orders, and energy management.

Competenze

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2–3 years of related experience.
• Field certifications preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability.

Mansioni

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) with a focus on HVAC systems and equipment.
• Support Fire Life Safety (FLS) systems, including inspection and maintenance of fire extinguishers.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Assign work orders and estimate time and materials for repairs.
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems run efficiently.
• Inspect new installations for code compliance and safety.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
• Ensure quality of own work and meet deadlines.
• Follow standardized procedures and communicate clearly.
