Job summary

CBRE HV is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and assist with installation and modification of equipment.

The role involves reviewing work orders and ensuring energy efficiency across building systems. Candidates should have 1–2 years of related experience, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of job-related experience.
• In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Must meet physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs or more.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections and diagnose problems.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Follow defined procedures and communicate clearly for straightforward issues.
