Job summary

This role supports preventive maintenance and repairs as part of Engineering and Technical Services, ensuring reliable operation and compliance with safety standards.

The technician will perform installation, adjustment, and proactive testing, following established procedures under supervision. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
• In lieu of a diploma, combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems for building HVAC hardware.
• Perform ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and code compliance.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine best action for modifications.
• Follow defined procedures and use established guidelines to solve straightforward problems.
• Execute duties and tasks as described under supervision and guidance.
