BFC Solutions is seeking a High-Volume Field Recruiter to manage recruiting for Integrated field technician roles across multiple U.S. markets. The position is hybrid in Nashville, enabling coordination with Operations and HR while handling sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding.

You will own the end-to-end process, maintain candidate pipelines, and strive for timely fills with strong candidate quality. This role offers cross-market impact and collaboration with field leadership.

Formación

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting with high-volume hiring.
• Ability to fill multiple openings across markets without sacrificing interview rigor, candidate fit, or candidate experience.
• Strong sourcing, behavioral interviewing, candidate assessment, and hiring-manager partnership skills.
• Excellent organization, follow-through, communication, and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system and recruiting data to manage candidates, requisitions, and results.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Integrated field technician roles across multiple U.S. markets.
• Source via job boards, direct outreach, referrals, and local partnerships to attract qualified hourly and field-service candidates.
• Move applicants through screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding handoffs while keeping candidates informed.
• Partner with Regional Operations Managers and field leaders to understand local staffing needs and priorities.
