Job summary

BGIS ITS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner - HVAC to join our team. This remote role is open to candidates located in Mountain, Central, or Eastern Time Zones, primarily to source HVAC technicians across the US.

The ideal candidate will have strong HVAC industry recruiting knowledge and a proven track record of filling hard-to-fill HVAC roles. You must have at least 5 years of direct HVAC recruitment experience and at least 7 years of total recruiting experience to be considered.
