Trane Technologies seeks an on-site HVAC technician to commission, troubleshoot, repair, and startup HVAC systems at customer facilities across a defined market. You will interpret engineering specs, work with various partners, and deliver high-quality service at customer sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Certification required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and handheld devices.
• Valid driver's license with clean record in past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with team leader and customer to forecast issues and plan on-site work.
• Direct customer contact to ensure satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing equipment at the site.
• Use blueprints/engineer specs and tools to diagnose and repair HVAC units.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends, including occasional overnight stays.
• Uphold safety standards and manage company assets on site.
