Job summary

Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead HVAC installation projects, coordinate with scheduling, and ensure quality work on site. You will manage subcontractor crews, review workmanship, and ensure safety and compliance across multiple jobs within the Houston area.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HVAC installation, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years HVAC installation experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of subcontractor installers and helpers.
• Coordinate installation dates with scheduling and ensure readiness.
• Review and approve subcontractor work per project phase.
• Schedule inspections with local authorities as needed.
• Manage field issues with homebuilders and collect change orders.
• Provide performance updates to senior management.
