Job summary

Airtron LLC seeks a Field Supervisor to lead HVAC installation teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure job readiness from rough-in to final trim. You will coordinate with scheduling, verify phase completion, and review invoices to keep projects on track.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of HVAC installation experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication in English. Occasional overtime and travel to sites may be required. Safety is a priority.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HVAC installation experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Beg/Intermediate computer skills and able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Must be able to communicate in English effectively, both verbally and in writing

Responsibilities

• Manages a group of sub-contractor craftsmen (installers and helpers).
• Walk jobs regularly and verifies readiness for HVAC rough-in and HVAC trim installations.
• Coordinates installation dates with scheduling team and ensures jobs are ready for installation.
• Check the jobs by phase to assure work is completed.
• Ensure schedule compliance completion of assigned work by Subcontractor installation crews.
• Coordinates with sub-contractors and office regarding punch lists or repairs as needed.
• Review sub-contractor invoices and approves after work is complete per phase.
• May schedule inspections with local jurisdictions.
• Coordinates and completes paperwork for billable change orders found in the field.
• Meets Builder supervisors on job sites to work through issues with installations or design.
• Manages production related issues with homebuilders in the assigned area.
• Builds rapport and long-term relationships with builder superintendents.
• Ensures that employees attend all required training.
• Provides leadership to designated teams through objective setting, delegation, and communication.
• Addresses performance issues with constructive feedback and consequences if needed.
• Follows safety policies and procedures.
