Job summary

Airo Mechanical, LLC is seeking a Field Supervisor for HVAC Installations to oversee and support the labor force and ensure high-quality installs while maintaining a positive customer experience. You will collaborate with sales, project managers, and team members to drive successful project execution on site.

The role emphasizes leadership, technical know-how, and strong communication to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment and deliver exceptional results for clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, codes, and industry best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of installs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the labor force as necessary.
• Ensure the installs meet quality requirements.
• Provide ancillary support for warranty and specific service calls when necessary.
• Ensure a positive customer experience for the install process.
• Collaborate with sales, PMs, and other team members to ensure successful project execution.
• Be eager and willing to collaborate with all levels of job duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
