Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC training or certification preferred.
• 4+ years HVAC installation/service experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in residential construction or multi-family dwellings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC project installation, maintenance, and repair on multiple sites.
• Interpret blueprints, specs, and documents to guide crews.
• Ensure materials and equipment are delivered on schedule.
• Supervise technicians and subcontractors; conduct daily briefings.
• Track hours, report progress, and support inspections and start-ups.
