Job summary

Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning in Kentucky is seeking a field supervisor to manage subcontractors during HVAC residential and commercial new construction projects, ensuring work meets builder requirements and is completed to quality standards.

You will coordinate installation dates, review invoices, and communicate with builders, scheduling teams, and field staff while maintaining a strong safety mindset and a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: Prior HVAC experience.
• Proven track record of effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Beg/Intermediate computer skills and able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Must be able to communicate in English effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in all phases of HVAC residential and commercial new construction.
• Manages a group of sub-contractor craftsmen (installers and helpers).
• Walk jobs regularly and verify readiness for both HVAC rough-in and HVAC trim installations.
• Coordinates installation dates with scheduling team and ensures job is ready for installation.
