Job summary

Airtron is seeking a Project Manager to lead HVAC subcontractors on multi-family construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-spec installations with a strong focus on quality and safety. You will manage schedules, coordinate inspections, and maintain builder relationships across sites.

The role requires HVAC/construction experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Office and field work are both required, with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum HVAC, construction management, multi-family or field supervision experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC subcontractors and coordinate project schedules.
• Walk jobs to verify readiness for rough-in and trim installations.
• Coordinate sub-contractor punch lists and repairs as needed.
• Review subcontractor invoices and approve after work per phase.
• Schedule inspections with local jurisdictions when required.
• Build rapport with builder supers and maintain strong relationships.
• Uphold safety policies and company standards and practices.
