Job summary

Airtron is seeking a field supervisor to oversee HVAC residential and commercial installations, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring work meets builder needs. You will manage schedules, verify readiness for rough-in and trim, and uphold safety standards while maintaining quality workmanship.

You will also review invoices, coordinate inspections, and build strong relationships with builders, while traveling to job sites and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Proven track record of effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Beg/Intermediate computer skills and able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise subcontractors installing HVAC equipment and accessories.
• Manage installation readiness and phase checks.
• Coordinate installation dates with scheduling team.
• Review sub-contractor invoices and approve after work is complete per phase.
• Schedule inspections with local jurisdictions.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Build rapport with builder superintendents and maintain relationships.
• Oversee production-related issues in the assigned area.
