Airtron is seeking a Construction Management / Field Operations professional to oversee HVAC subcontractors on multi‑family projects. You will manage schedules, ensure quality, and verify readiness for installations while coordinating with builders and field teams.

Ideal candidates have HVAC/construction management experience and strong communication skills, with ability to handle multiple projects, invoices, and safety compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Prior HVAC, construction management, multi-family, commercial construction, or field supervision experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC subcontractors on multi‑family construction projects.
• Coordinate project schedules and monitor installation quality.
• Walk jobs to verify readiness for rough‑in and trim installations.
• Schedule installations and ensure readiness with the scheduling team.
• Review subcontractor invoices and approve after phase completion.
• Coordinate punch lists, repairs, and paperwork for change orders.
• Schedule inspections with local jurisdictions when needed.
• Build relationships with builder superintendents and field staff.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and production issues are managed.
