Job summary

Service Experts LLC is seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to handle complete installation of residential and light commercial systems, including duct work and start‑ups. You will ensure customer satisfaction, promote services, and train junior installers while coordinating with Field Supervisors.

The role requires extensive HVAC knowledge, EPA safety certification, and a valid driver’s license. Strong planning, communication, and on‑site supervision capabilities are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 5+ years’ experience in HVAC technical field.
• Valid licensing or certification as required by local laws for the geographic area.
• EPA and safety certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories in customers' homes per company standards.
• Perform limited diagnostics and start-ups on systems.
• Design and install ducts and fittings; balance airflow and test systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote products/services.
• Train other installers and assist leadership with audits and planning.
