Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, scheduling, performance evaluations, and maintaining safety and compliance with NEC and local codes. Strong leadership, blueprints reading, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent industry work experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Business or related field preferred.
• At least three years of supervisory experience highly preferred.
• Customer service experience handling escalated situations.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train front-line employees.
• Organize, direct, and oversee schedules and workloads.
• Provide timely performance evaluations.
• Handle discipline and terminations per policy.
• Collaborate with managers to coordinate cross-department activities.
• Ensure safety, health, and regulatory compliance.
