Job summary

Thompson & Thompson Service Group is seeking a motivated HVAC Install Field Supervisor to oversee installation crews in Savannah, GA. You will ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and strong customer experience while guiding technicians and coordinating with operations.

This leader will conduct site inspections, coach staff, troubleshoot installations, and help plan schedules to maximize productivity. Requires hands-on experience and strong communication skills to drive results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Ability to train, mentor, and develop technicians.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC installation practices, startup procedures, and quality control standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support HVAC installation technicians and helpers in the field.
• Conduct routine job site visits to ensure installations meet standards and codes.
• Provide ongoing coaching and technical support to installation team members.
• Monitor performance metrics, callbacks, and warranty concerns; take corrective actions.
