Job summary

Total Energy Service LLC seeks an Outside Sales Team Member/Estimator to generate new business and maintain customer relationships. You will travel to client sites, present HVAC solutions, and build long-term partnerships with residential customers.

The role emphasizes in-person engagement, understanding customer needs, and achieving sales goals while delivering a seamless pre- and post-sale experience within the IT Landes Home Services ecosystem.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years residential HVAC experience preferred.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Must be able to travel within assigned territory to meet with customers.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to new and existing customer locations to offer HVAC solutions and generate sales opportunities.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Present HVAC options and necessary information to customers and close sales.
• Identify equipment and parts needed for HVAC replacements.
• Keep accurate records of customer quotes and input information into the software system.
• Assist with sales training of technicians.
• Close 45% of all estimated work and strive to meet sales goals.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
