Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC experience.
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and handheld devices.
• EPA Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with team leader and customer to understand on-site requirements and forecast issues.
• Represents the company as the direct customer contact on projects and ensures customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing equipment.
• Uses blueprints or engineering specs and tools to diagnose and repair units.
• Willing to work overtime/weekends as business requires, including occasional overnight stays.
• Enforces safety standards and maintains asset security and accountability.
