Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning in Oklahoma City is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair residential and light commercial systems. You will communicate with customers, promote services, and ensure high satisfaction.

The role requires EPA and safety certifications, 2–5 years of HVAC experience, and a valid driver's license. A strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or HVAC cert or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems and field experience as Installer/Maintenance/Service Tech.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Must possess license/certifications per local regulations.
• Proficient at reading wiring diagrams and troubleshooting electrical issues.
• Able to start up, balance airflow, align belts/pulleys.
• Capable of basic duct fitting installation.
• Able to troubleshoot electronic air cleaners and related equipment.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Able to work flexible hours and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service heating, cooling, ventilation and refrigeration equipment for residential/light commercial clients.
• Communicate with customers to answer questions and ensure satisfaction.
• Promote products and services; relay replacement leads to Sales.
• Document service activities and collect payments.
• Coordinate with dispatch to report status and availability.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory.
• Adhere to safety policies and PPE requirements.
