Job summary

Service Experts is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to service residential and light commercial systems. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment, communicate with customers, and ensure satisfaction while coordinating with dispatch.

Role requires EPA certifications, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Excellent problem solving and safety awareness are essential in a fast-paced field environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 2+ years’ experience.
• EPA certification and safety certifications as required by governing bodies.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant and duct systems.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems in a courteous, timely manner.
• Diagnose and service HVAC equipment and accessories, including balancing airflow and modules.
• Inspect equipment, perform diagnostics, and prevent callbacks.
• Deliver parts/equipment, document details via handheld device, and complete forms accurately.
• Collect payment, communicate with dispatch, and promote services to customers.
