The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Minimum 2+ years of HVAC experience with EPA/mechanical certifications is required, along with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC experience with technical training.
• Mechanical Journeyman EPA and safety certifications required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Communicate with customers to answer questions and ensure satisfaction.
• Inspect equipment, identify problems, and perform maintenance as needed.
• Deliver parts and equipment, record information, and complete paperwork accurately.
• Promote products and services and assist with replacement sales leads.
• Represent the company professionally and adhere to safety procedures.
