Job summary

FPC Franchise is seeking an HVAC Service Manager to lead the post-sale service and parts operation in the greater Atlanta area. You will manage a team of service technicians and an expanding aftermarket parts business, serving as the bridge between customers, the field, and Engineering and Sales.

You will drive customer satisfaction from installation through warranty resolution, collaborating with Engineering, Sales, and Operations to improve product reliability and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of direct, hands-on experience with HVAC systems.
• Minimum 5 years managing a technical service department.
• Vocational school, associate’s degree, or equivalent field experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the post-sale service and aftermarket parts operation.
• Directly manage a team of service technicians.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Sales on service improvements.
• Own customer satisfaction from installation through warranty resolution.
