Qualifications
- Two to four years of supervisory experience.
- HVAC industry experience required.
- Master Oil Burner License and CETP propane certification required.
- HVAC-related certification required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee service technicians and assign work efficiently.
- Train and develop staff in the service department.
- Hire and terminate technicians with the District Manager.
- Provide cost estimates for parts and labor.
- Ensure safety and vehicle maintenance.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure quality service.
