Job summary
Dead River Company is seeking a motivated leader to head our growing field service team. The Field Service Manager oversees the installation and repair of heating equipment to ensure high customer satisfaction while driving an efficient, profitable operation. This role requires supervising technicians, training staff, budgeting labor and parts, and maintaining safety and compliance. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills are essential in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Minimum 2–4 years of supervisory experience in related field.
Master Oil Burner License and CETP propane certification required.
High school diploma required.
Responsibilities
Oversee installation and repair of heating equipment for quality and profitability.
Hire, train, and evaluate service technicians; manage performance docs.
Plan work assignments and ensure timely completion.
Control costs; provide labor and part estimates.
Maintain vehicle fleet and safety standards.
Address customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
