Johnson Controls is seeking a Truck Based Service Manager in Milwaukee to lead a field service team responsible for HVAC and building controls across a defined customer base. You will drive profitability, oversee labor and materials work, and ensure service quality while developing technicians and support staff.

Qualifications

• Technical school training or equivalent experience in HVAC or building controls.
• 3+ years of management experience in a similar service deliverable environment.
• Ability to prioritize work activities, manage scheduling, and lead a diverse team.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and negotiating skills.
• Basic financial accounting experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office and the basic Windows environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead service customer account growth and execution for the assigned customer base.
• Set and monitor goals for gross margin delivery and profitability, including Planned Services Agreements and Labor & Materials (L&M) work.
• Drive L&M growth through Technicians and Team Leads.
• Lead execution of assigned service business, including warranty-related customer issues.
• Review and approve L&M quotations.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and accounts payable/receivable activities.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels to support existing and new business needs.
• Hire, train, transition, and develop new employees, and manage day-to-day performance of the service team.
