Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technician daily work orders.
• Manage prioritization of repairs and technician routes.
• Prepare bi-weekly technician schedule with management.
• Distribute work orders daily Proactively.
• Record non-productive technician time.
• Support accounts receivable team with reconciliations.
• Reconcile technician expenses with work orders after completion.
