Responsibilities

• Lead, manage & hold accountable a team of outside sales representatives and collaborate with marketing to drive revenue.
• Set direction, expectations, and measurements; oversee sales activities and processes.
• Support Sales staff by analyzing customer needs and presenting best solutions.
• Provide coaching and development plans to improve performance.
• Develop and execute a sales plan to hit revenue growth targets.
• Lead weekly sales trainings and ad-hoc trainings on strategies and product knowledge.
• Generate leads through various channels and community events; run sales contests and programs.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to refine sales focus.
