Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 5–10 years in Commercial HVAC installation or general construction.
• Background in project management or project coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore preferred.
• State contractor licenses preferred (e.g., HVAC Journeyman, Boiler Operator).
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; willingness to overtime/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, diagnose, repair HVAC systems and controls on site.
• Plan and complete projects on time while maintaining safety standards.
• Support project managers and coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Manage site surveys, material orders, and on-site paperwork.
• Track costs, inventory, and progress; ensure documentation is complete.
• Travel as needed to customer sites, including overnight stays.
