Mark III Construction, Inc. is seeking a Lead Service Technician to oversee and mentor a team of Service Technicians while performing advanced HVAC installation, service and repair tasks at customer sites across California and Nevada.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The position requires extensive HVAC knowledge with hands-on experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple field tasks, equipment, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of replacement, installation, service and repair of HVAC systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC systems to determine malfunctions.
• Experience training other technicians and staff in HVAC maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate technicians’ skill and report to Service Manager.
• Assist in developing individualized training for technicians.
• Train and encourage technicians on pull-through and quoting.
• Assist in developing financial success of Service Technicians related to margins and efficiency.
• Provide technical assistance and support to technicians.
• Monitor and enforce safety and paperwork accurate submission.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Respond to emergency service requests.
