John C. Cassidy Air Conditioning & Plumbing is seeking a Duct Apprentice to join our HVAC team. This entry-level role focuses on fiberglass duct work, assisting seasoned technicians with installation, repair, and maintenance of duct systems.

Qualifications

• 1 yr minimum fiberglass duct experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Good physical condition and ability to work in confined spaces and at heights.
• Basic understanding of construction or HVAC systems is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced technicians in installing, repairing, and maintaining ductwork and HVAC systems
• Measure and cut duct materials to specified dimensions
• Learn to operate tools and equipment used in duct installation
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving duct-related issues
• Attend training sessions and seek opportunities to expand technical knowledge
