JW Plumbing, Heating & Air is seeking a dedicated HVAC Duct Install Apprentice in Torrance, CA. You will assist lead installers with residential duct work, gather parts and tools, and ensure safety standards are followed across projects.

The role emphasizes hands-on training, strong customer service, and maintenance duties. A high school diploma or GED and 3 years in construction are required, along with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist lead installers with residential duct work and gather components, parts and tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, educate customers on new systems.
• Perform maintenance and repairs, suggest ongoing maintenance.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client concerns professionally.
• Follow safety standards and maintain a safe work environment.
• Document services performed and parts used in forms and logs.
