Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varied conditions.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with lead installer on residential duct work and gather components, parts, and tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, educating customers on new systems.
• Conduct maintenance and repair for reliability and efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional interaction.
• Follow safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.
• Document services and keep records of parts used and recommendations.
