Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Facilities Management Service Technician to maintain restaurant and building equipment, ensuring peak operation of our Hardee's locations. You will train staff on proper equipment use, perform repairs, and coordinate with leadership on time/cost efficient solutions.

Applicants should have EPA Type I/II certification, at least 2 years of service/repair experience, and a basic HVAC knowledge. A valid driver’s license and clean background are required.

Competenze

• EPA Certification (Type I/II) required.
• Minimum 2 years of service/repair experience.
• Basic knowledge of Heating/AC required.
• Refrigeration experience a plus.

Mansioni

• Repair restaurant and facility equipment in a timely, high-quality manner.
• Inspect, service, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Maintain tool inventory and secure tools on-site.
• Log repairs and parts usage via laptop/handheld computer.
• Assist in staffing shortages and during equipment rollouts or emergencies.
