Job summary

Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company in Ohio seeking a skilled maintenance technician with a strong HVAC/Refrigeration background. The role performs autonomous maintenance on site facilities equipment, complies with cGMP and SOPs, and uses CMMS to log activities.

The day shift (6:00am–6:30pm) covers a 2-2-3 schedule. Candidates should hold relevant licenses/certifications and have 3–5 years of experience in building systems, with CMMS familiarity and a safety-conscious

Qualifications

• Must have the licenses/certifications listed in the Minimum Requirements.
• Experience in regulated or cGMP environments is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience with HVAC/Refrigeration equipment (boilers, chillers, etc.) and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Read SOPs and technical documentation.
• Document maintenance activities with proper practices.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshoot and communicate operational information.
• Use CMMS to document maintenance tasks.
• Read diagrams and schematics and ensure area/equipment compliance.
• Conduct infrared, vibration, and other readings.
• Maintain building management alarm monitoring and respond to alarms.
