Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Facilities Engineer III to oversee HVAC and site utilities, ensuring reliability of chilled/hot water, AHUs, exhaust, and cleanroom environments in a GMP setting.

You will lead preventive and predictive maintenance, support capital projects, and coordinate with Facilities, Quality, Validation, and vendors. The role requires 5–7 years in a GMP engineering environment and strong documentation discipline.

Qualifications

• Experience in GMP environments and facilities systems.
• Maintenance and technical documentation experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering oversight of HVAC and site utilities.
• Support capital projects and change controls with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and system drawings; ensure cGMP compliance.
