Job summary

Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company, seeks a Facilities Engineer III – HVAC Utilities to oversee site HVAC and utility systems including chilled water, hot water, AHUs, exhaust and cleanrooms. Ensure reliable operation with preventive and predictive maintenance in a cGMP setting.

You will collaborate with Facilities, Quality, Validation, contractors, and vendors on capital projects, change controls, and continuous improvement of the site's utility infrastructure, while

Qualifications

• Experience in GMP manufacturing facilities.
• Strong documentation and cross-functional communication skills.
• Experience with HVAC systems and cleanroom environments.

Responsibilities

• Proficient with HVAC system oversight (chilled water, hot water, AHUs, exhaust, cleanrooms).
• Develops preventive and predictive maintenance programs for reliability and uptime.
• Support capital projects and change controls; maintain documentation and drawings.
