Job summary

SGS Consulting seeks an HVAC Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in a 24/7 cGMP-regulated facility. You will work with AHUs, chillers, boilers, and cleanroom HVAC systems to uphold strict environmental controls.

Responsibilities include interpreting technical drawings, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, logging system data, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a dedicated commercial HVAC role.
• Experience with HVAC/refrigeration in a 24/7 cGMP-regulated facility.
• Experience with AHUs, chillers, boilers, and cleanroom HVAC systems.
• Ability to interpret and apply technical drawings, schematics, and documentation.
• EPA Certification for HVAC is a plus; other licenses are a plus.
• Ability to work rotating schedule including every other Sunday, 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in a 24/7 cGMP-regulated facility.
• Work with AHUs, chillers, boilers, and cleanroom HVAC systems.
• Maintain temperature-controlled environments, including cold and warm rooms.
• Complete maintenance logs and system documentation.
• Follow safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Operate scissor lift and boom lift; climb ladders and work in confined spaces.
