Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Management Service Technician to maintain restaurant and building equipment across our Hardee's locations. You will train staff on proper use and maintenance, respond to maintenance needs, and help keep restaurants and offices running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must have a Valid driver's license.
• Type I & II EPA required (Universal EPA Preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of Service/Repair Experience required.
• Refrigeration Experience is a plus.
• Commercial Restaurant Equipment Repair Experience a plus.
• Good references.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and/or replace equipment, store systems, and/or perform other repairs as directed by company guidelines.
• Observe, evaluate, and determine the need to subcontract for repairs based on time and cost effectiveness.
• Repair all equipment and prescribed facility items to company standards and procedures.
• Maintain and account for tools, equipment, and inventory on-site; secure items.
• Log calls, time, and repairs in the laptop/handheld system for each site.
• Respond to calls 24/7 and assist in staffing shortages, emergencies, and new equipment rollouts.
