Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Facilities Management Service Technician to maintain restaurant and building equipment across Hardee’s locations.

You will perform repairs, conduct routine maintenance, and assist training of operational staff on equipment usage. Responsibilities include troubleshooting HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems, coordinating with senior techs, and maintaining tools and documentation.

Qualifications

• EPA certification required; heating/AC knowledge helpful.
• Minimum 2 years service/repair experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Refrigeration experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace equipment and building systems per company guidelines.
• Evaluate needs and coordinate with senior tech or subcontractors when necessary.
• Maintain and secure tools, equipment, and inventory on site; complete administrative logs.
• Log calls and repairs using laptop/handheld device; track time, parts, and location.

Skills

Valid driver's license

EPA Type I/II Certification

2+ years service/repair experience

Refrigeration experience
